"Team Leader"
Jason Matt
Jason is a licensed Realtor who has over ten years experience in the area of client relations. Currently a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, Jason’s primary area of expertise is working with sellers and buyers along with their families to meet and exceed their various real estate needs. He is familiar with the Southeastern Michigan counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston and Washtenaw. 

In addition to his real estate license, Jason has two years of study in finance with the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business.  

Prior to entering the real estate industry Jason worked as a Project Manager within the automotive and telecommunications industries. Jason and his wife, Jaime, reside in the city of Canton with their two sons, Landen and Beckham.

Jaime Matt
Jaime is a licensed realtor with her priority being customer satisfaction. Her goal is to take as much stress out of what can sometimes be a stressful situation. Jaime strives to go over and beyond her clients expectations. She is familiar with the Southeast Michigan counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston & Washtenaw. 

In addition to her real estate license, Jaime is a registered nurse who in the past has worked in ICU at Providence Hospital in Southfield and in Labor & Delivery at St. Joseph’s in Ann Arbor.  

Jaime and her husband, Jason, along with their two boys, Landen & Beckham, live in Canton, MI. Jaime & Jason love boating the Great Lakes in their “free time.”  

"Office Manager"
Melanie Kitchen
Melanie is the Office Manager for The Jason Matt Team. She uses her managing expertise and attention to detail skills to keep all aspects of the team running efficiently. Her focus ranges from marketing and client care to coordinating the many details involved with listings and closings. She has seven years experience working in the real estate business. 

Melanie and her husband, David, have a busy household with three children - Chandler, Spencer, Maggie and their puppy, Annie. They live in the city of Canton.

Lori Gosur
Lori is pivotal part of the day to day operations of The Jason Matt Team. She works diligently on many aspects of marketing such as websites, flyers and more. Lori daily contacts the many agents who have shown our homes to get feedback for our clients. 

Lori and her husband, Brian, live in the city of Canton. Lori has 9 grandchildren and enjoys gardening and baking.

Yvonne Marks
Yvonne is a licensed Realtor with extensive knowledge of Metro-Detroit including Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties, coupled with years of top performing experience, make her the logical realtor when looking for exceptional buyer or seller representation. Yvonne prides herself on providing reliable, sound advice to her clients while focusing on and understanding their needs and wants. 

Yvonne, her husband Terry, and 2 children Nic and Michelle reside in Novi.

Bryon Tanana
Bryon is a licensed Realtor dedicated to working with buyers and making the home buying process as smooth as possible. He listens to his clients and concentrates on those needs to help them find the perfect home! 

In addition to his real estate license, Bryon has a Bachelor’s Degree from Walsh College in Business Administration and Finance. 

Prior to entering into real estate Bryon worked in the service industry for nearly 8 years. His great attention to detail and listening skills can be credited to this experience. Bryon resides in the city of Canton where he enjoys staying active and enjoying what the city has to offer.

Martine and her husband, Marcel, reside in South Lyon with their two children, Lynnsey and Chanel.
